Purpose
This app is used by employees to display and attach new documents to Orchestra. Based on the company configuration selections, changes can be submitted to personnel administer officer (via PAADMIN role) or update directly in database.
Prerequisites
- ESS Master Data module should be active
- HR people is found from PAADMIN role assignment, these people will have shared responsible
Necessary Parameters

- User with EMPLOYEE role display and attach new documents need by HR.
- HR approves, approvers can be defined from parameters or users with PAADMIN role will be HR approvers.
- Personal data updated.
