This app is used by employees to display and submit correction for their previous experience data info type. Based on the company configuration selections, changes can be submitted to personnel administer officer (via PAADMIN role) or update directly in database.
- ESS Master Data module should be active
- Infotypes and fields should be checked and customized according to business requirements.
- HR people is found from PAADMIN role assignment, these people will have shared responsible
- Experience infotype contains fields like sectors, employment types and external jobs. Before launching this app, please check and maintain these fields under personnel administration customizing steps.
- User with EMPLOYEE role display and make corrections if s/he is authorized by HR.
- HR approves, approvers can be defined from parameters or users with PAADMIN role will be HR approvers.
- Personal data updated.
