This app is used by employees to display and download leave status form as of current date. Employees can download company ‘s leave status form as pdf.
Prerequisites
- ESS Time Data module should be active
Necessary Parameters
- SHOWPRINTBUTTON: set this true if print PDF will be enabled,
- ANNUALLEAVEBASEDATETYPE_SAP0041: leave base date type from dates infotype, not used in SAP integration
- HIRINGDATETYPE_SAP0041: hiring date type from dates infotype, not used in SAP integration
Flow
- User with EMPLOYEE role display and download his/her leave status form.
Advantages of Using this App
- This process provides employees to display and check their current leave status.
- This form can be signed electronically, if you use Orchestra E-Sign module.
