How to check sending employee data is complete?

In SAP, please go ZORCH > Send Active People

Run this report in Test Mode for specific employee or employee groups and check list for completeness and correctness. Please review below fields;

  • Employee manager is correct?
  • Employee mobile and email addresses are complete?
  • Remaining quota days are correct?
  • Number of employees are correct?
  • Please check any missing/blank field organizational data in rows?

Some companies are using orchestra to pull master and organization data from SAP. In this scenerios, admin user should go to Settings > System Management > Periodic Jobs;

How to check employee data exist in Orchestra?

In Orchestra HR, go to

Settings > System Management > Employees

Count of this list should be equal to what SAP sent to Orchestra. This list updated date and time can be found from

Settings > System Management > Data Transfer Logs

with APITransferred_PEOPLE File name, by sort date descending.

How to display error and data logs?

User transactions can be listed with following step;

Settings > System Management > System Logs

 

How to display SAP data import history?

When SAP sends data to Orchestra, it is also logged in Orchestra HR.

You can find its history and details from;

Settings > System Management > Data Transfer Logs

How to change user ‘s password?

Normally, if your login type with company e-mail and password, users can reset their own password from login screen Password Reset link.

Bur sometimes, for users who do not have any e-mail for confirmation, admins can also make this reset task from;

Settings > System Management > Update Password

How to lock user in Orchestra HR? and force lock-out?

Go to user list from;

Settings > System Management > Users

And remove GUEST role from user, system will automatically force logout the user from both web and mobile app.

How to change user roles?

Go to user list from;

Settings > System Management > Users

You can select or deselect role checkbox for user.

How to hide or display workflow?

Any workflow which is displayed and executed by users can be de-activated, or vice-versa, to do this please follow;

Settings > System Management > Workflows

How to delete workflow?

If you have a workflow already started and needs to be deleted from system, please follow;

Workflows > Workflow Lists

Please use filter row and find workflow to be deleted. When you click delete button, system will ask for confirmation.

How to change task responsible and status in started workflow?

If you have a workflow already started and needs to be deleted from system, please follow;

Workflows > Workflow Lists

Please use filter row and find workflow to be edited. You can change responsible person or status of last active task. Responsible updated can be done by employee number.

How to change form data in started workflow?

If you have a workflow already started and needs to be deleted from system, please follow;

Workflows > Workflow Lists

Please use filter row and find workflow to be edited. You can change form data after clicking change button.

Change the open field and click save.

How to report started/completed workflows?

How to replace your company logo?,

When logo needs to be changed. Please go;

Settings > System Management > Upload Logo

Logo file must be 150px. Before loading your logo image file, please update image dimensions by a simple image editor. In case of worst image quality, you can change logo width by LOGOWIDTH parameter.

How to proxy a user?

When any user face with some issues, as admin user you can proxy as that user. For this there is admin assignment table and you need to add user ‘s employee number from;

Settings > System Management > Admin Subs.

After adding employee number, you need logout and login as admin user again. Then, from right top corner you can switch the user.

How to check e-mails sent by Orchestra to user? If user says no email received?

Please check sent emails from;

Settings > System Management > E-Mail Logs

How to check Orchestra send notification to user from mobile?

Please check sent test notification from;

Settings > System Management > Notification Test

Please enter username and few words for testing purposes.
